Tufani, the new kids on the block who have taken over the music industry
A new duo has taken the local music industry by storm and by the look of things, it’s only a matter of time before they become a household name.
Evans Masinde a.k.a Ching’a and Felix Uranga a.k.a Trappa had been pursuing their solo music careers for close to five before they came together in 2018 to form Tufani.
Tufani is a Swahili word that means storm and that’s exactly what they’ve caused after releasing their first single under Hailemind Entertainment dubbed Dede.
Their debut single is love ballad that describes a lovely woman who goes by the name Dede. This lass has caught their attention with her sultry looks, unique dancing style – more so her waist gyration and who can blame them for being smitten?
I particularly loved how the verses and chorus blend in smoothly and the perfect arrangement of instruments. Dede is so good that you’ll find yourself hitting the replay button at least a couple of times. Don’t even get me started on Chinga’s Swahili rap.
The video that was directed by Royal State Pictures was on point too with very smooth transitions between scenes.
